Come watch our 4 junior handlers put on a pointing dog handling display on the beautiful campus of Greenwood Plantation in Thomasville, Georgia. This will be the forth year Strideaway has participated in the Kevin’s Southern Game Fair and is sure to be the best pointing dog demonstration yet! All four of the handlers participated in the GA/FL Youth Trial earlier this year. The trial marked the beginning of Strideaway’s newest project “Youth Field Trial Alliance” whose aim is to encourage and support youth trials around the country. Thanks to Kevin’s and Purina for their support of our great field trial sport and youth field trials! Thanks also to the field trailers who gave so generously in support this event by way of the gifts we will present to our young handlers.

Finally, we’re live! Thanks to all the patient supporters of this new website and this project which aims to encourage kids and young adults around the country, Canada and elsewhere to become involved in our wonderful sport of pointing dog field trials. This website aims to help spread the word and connects field trial clubs and field trailers so they can share their experience hosting and conducting youth trials and training events.

Strideaway and Youth Field Trial Alliance have participated in the Kevin’s Southern Game Fair, promoting pointing dog field trials and youth field trials since their first fabulous Game Fair in 2017!

Youth Field Trial Alliance has been invited to participate in this fun, educational event held by Tall Timbers at their location: 13093 Henry Beadel Drive, Tallahassee, Florida on Saturday, February 7th from 11:00 to 3:00 pm. Attendance is free. Come support us!

Youth Field Trial Alliance has been invited to participate in the first Chewah Upland Wildlife Festival! Come find us there on Saturday, April 18th.

Enjoy a full-day event connecting families with native wildlife, conservation efforts, and hands-on nature experiences. This festival brings together live animal programs, local music, conservation experts, artisan vendors, and kid-friendly activities. All while highlighting the importance of protecting upland habitats and biodiversity across our state.
