2026 CASDA Youth Stake

Central Alabama Shooting Dog Association will host a youth stake as part of their line-up of stakes held on the historic Sedgefields Plantation in Alberta, Alabama. Saturday afternoon, March 7. 20 minute braces for handlers 17 and younger. Judged to Gun Dog Standards. Alabama, Dixie Trace and SBHA Youth Handler of the Year Points Trial. Shotgun to winner! Judges: Todd Montgomery, Ella Montgomery.

Directions: Hinton Family’s Sedgefields Plantation. From Safford, AL, go south on SR 5 for 2.9 miles and turn left onto CR 101 (Sedgefields sign on left). Follow CR 101 for 4.2 mile; grounds will be on the left. Lunch and dinner served daily on grounds.
